The reconstruction of the building, which consists of the original street house, connecting neck and modern courtyard house, took place in several stages. First, it was necessary to lighten the objects by demolishing load-bearing structures. Static demolition was then carried out, and at the same time, a large number of anchoring and securing works and structures were created for the newly built basement under the connecting neck. In the course of these works, the original courtyard next to the connecting neck was also added to the basement. After the completion of the reinforced concrete of the new basement, it was necessary to create an elevation of the lintel above the entrance to the reception from the courtyard, along the entire length of the courtyard.
